Everything a monthly update needs, around the P6 schedule you already use.

POKO handles the part of planning that happens between people: collecting progress, checking changes, and turning an update into decisions.

Update periods

Open a period, set the deadline and POKO handles the rest. Each responsible person gets an email with a link to their own scope. The dashboard shows who has submitted, who is late and how much time is left.

  • Deadline countdown and automatic reminders
  • Submission status for every scope and subcontractor
  • Actual dates, percent complete and remaining duration per activity

Change control

Progress updates go straight through. Anything that changes the logic of the schedule does not. Links, lags, relationship types and new activities are held in a review queue until the planning admin approves or rejects them.

  • Side-by-side view of the original and proposed logic
  • Approve or reject with a comment the subcontractor can see
  • Full audit trail of every change and decision

Analysis at the close of every period

When the period closes, POKO merges the approved updates and runs the analysis automatically. Owners and project directors see the current picture the same day, not two weeks later.

  • S-curves for planned, actual and forecast progress
  • Earned value: SPI, CPI, schedule and cost variance
  • Monte Carlo simulation with P50 and P80 finish dates
  • The merged schedule exported back to Primavera P6

AI assistant

Reading a large update takes hours. POKO's assistant summarises what moved, why it matters for the critical path and who should act on it. Every suggestion links back to the activities behind it, and nothing is changed without a person approving it.

Companies and access

POKO is built for many companies working on one project. Each company has its own space, its own admins and its own users. Subcontractors are invited to a specific project and a specific part of the schedule, and see nothing else.

  1. Company adminManages projects, users and update periods
  2. Company employeeWorks on the projects they are assigned to
  3. SubcontractorUpdates one scope on one project
